Friday, October 18th

12 pm or later: Arrive at Lakeside Bible Camp

  • Feel free to walk around the camp, explore the island or enjoy the lake!

6 pm: Dinner at Lakeside Bible Camp

  • You’re welcome to join for dinner even if you’re not staying at camp, just add it to your RSVP that you’ll be joining us.

7:30 - 10 pm: Lakeside Fire

  • Come enjoy s’mores and get to know our friends and family. All are welcome!

  • Possibility of a talent show? Bring your guitars and let’s have some fun

Saturday, October 19th

7 - 9 am: Breakfast at Camp

10 - 11 am: Family photos at Grubb Family Farm

  • If you are a member of the bride or groom’s family, please meet us at the Grubb Family Farm for group photos. We will be sending more information on specific family times, etc. closer to the date.

11:30 am: Ceremony at Cascadia Meadows

  • Please arrive no later than 11:20 am.

  • We encourage carpooling between the ceremony and camp. If you have space in your car, please consider offering rides to those who fly in.

  • Pending weather, we hope to have the ceremony outside in the grass field.

12:30 pm: Return to Camp

  • Appetizers and non-alcoholic drinks will be available once you return to camp.

    • A friendly reminder that camp will be an alcohol and smoke free area all weekend.

1 pm: Join us in the Mess Hall for the reception, speeches and dancing

3 pm: Let the games begin!

Pending weather, here are the games and activities we are excited to enjoy:

  • Kickball, 3 legged race, & field games

  • Yard games (think bocce ball, Texas golf, cornhole, life size checkers, etc.)

  • Arts & crafts for an indoor activity for kids and adults

  • Board games - new to board games? We have lots of people who would love to show you one or two of all levels.

  • Camp also has: A rock wall, above head 4 square & basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts. The lake is available for use with kayaks, a slide, and dock.

All are welcome to participate in the games and activities, or mingle with fellow campers! Participation is not required, and we will need a cheering section as well!

6 pm: Casual dinner & continue with the fun

7 - 10 pm: Camp fires will be lit, continue to enjoy the campgrounds until quiet hours.

Sunday, October 20th

8 - 9 am: Farewell Breakfast

  • Join us for breakfast for our last goodbyes (for now) before we all leave camp.

11:30 am: Everyone must have their camp bunks packed up before 11:30 am to give us time to do checkout with our hosts.

Morning to Noon:

Feel free to explore the camp grounds. There are hiking trails, the lake, and activities from the night before that will all be available for use until they are cleaned up.
