To get to Whidbey Island, you’ll embark on the Mukilteo-Clinton ferry. The ferry terminal in Mukilteo is about 40 minutes north of downtown Seattle. Once you arrive in Clinton, it is a short drive to join us for the fun filled weekend.
By Car:
From downtown Seattle, head north on I-5 towards Everett
Take exit 189 for WA-526 W towards Mukilteo
Follow signs for the Ferry Terminal
By Ferry:
Board the Mukilteo-Clinton ferry by foot or car. The crossing takes about 20 minutes.
If you are walking on please know there is very little public transportation on the island. If you need a ride, we can help arrange pickup & drop-off from the ferry.
Note: Ferry schedules can vary, especially on weekends and holidays, so be sure to check the schedule ahead of time. There’s live video feeds to check the wait as well.
By Plane:
There are two major airports close to Clinton, WA.
1. Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) is approximately 1 hour drive from the Mukilteo-Clinton ferry terminal. From the airport, you can take a rental car, shuttle bus or public transit to the Mukilteo-Clinton ferry terminal.
2. Everett's Paine Field Airport (PAE) is another option. Several airlines offer direct flights to Paine Field from cities throughout the western US. The airport is approximately a 25-minute drive to the Mukilteo-Clinton ferry terminal. Car rentals, taxi services and public transportation are available at the airport.
Remember, if you're flying in, consider the possible need for a rental car once on Whidbey Island or we can help arrange pickup & drop-off from the ferry. Public transportation on the island is limited.
